KIKK 2020 醸造開始＆
KIKK IPA ウェブサイト・オープン！

KIKK IPA 今年もやります！昨年大好評だった RISE & WIN Brewing とのコラボビール KIKK IPA 2019 に続き、KIKK IPA 2020 が醸造開始！12月発売予定です。 先日ケンイシイ自ら徳島県上勝町の RISE & WIN Brewing のブルワリーに赴き、仕込みに参加して来ました。これからもこのサイトで随時さまざまな情報をアップして行きます。

We are doing KIKK IPA this year again! Highly acclaimed KIKK IPA 2019, which was brewed in collaboration between Ken Ishii and RISE & WIN Brewing Co. last winter, is followed by KIKK 2020! Ken himself recently went to the brewery in Kamikatsu-cho, Tokushima Pref. and attended the brewing process before fermentation. We will keep you posted what’s going on on this website. 昨年の終わりに夢が一つ叶いました！誠に嬉しいことに、自分のビールが徳島県上勝町の RISE & WIN Brewing Co. @kamikatz_beer さんとのコラボレーションにより醸造＆販売されることになりました。 これはいわゆる名前貸しみたいなコラボではなく、自らブルワリーに足を運び、ディスカッションを続けながら、原料や醸造手順などレシピ全般、そしてラベルのデザインまでボクのアイデアを取り入れて作って頂いたものです。ちなみにデザイナーはボクのアルバムのアートワークを多数手がけている @yasunobu_yamashita さん。 クラフトビール好きな人のための情報としては、これは二回ドライホッピングをしたIPAで、典型駅なアメリカンIPAに使われるホップのブレンドに加え、日本原産のソラチ・エースという少しクセのあるホップを使い、トロピカルなアロマの中にもちょっぴりスパイシーな苦味が感じられるものになっています。アルコール度数は6.5%、IBUは48です。 このプロジェクトを可能にして頂いた RISE & WIN Brewing Co. の皆さん、レシピやこれまでのビール作り体験を手伝ってくれた仲間、ルーカス・フレイレやヤン・ホーテケーテに感謝します。 現在 RISE & WIN Brewing Co. さんの上勝町の本店および東京の直営店 RISE & WIN Brewing Co. Happy New Year, everybody! My dream came true at the end of 2019! I'm pleased to announce my first beer ever, an IPA style, has been brewed in collaboration with RISE & WIN Brewing Co. @kamikatz_beer in Tokushima Japan and is now released! It's not name-lending stuff at all - I visited the brewery myself, kept discussing the project with them, chose the ingredients, made the recipe and did an original label for it with my designer @yasunobu_yamashita who has designed a number of the artwork of my records! For craft beer lovers to understand, this beer is double dry hopped IPA with lots of tropical fruit aroma of American hops and a bit of spiciness of Japanese oriented hops called Sorachi Ace. ABV 6.5% IBU 48. Special thanks to my friends @djlucasfreire and @ynux1 for helping me out for the recipe and encouragement. It is available only in Japan at the moment though, due to its limited scale of production and marketing channel. Anyway, I'm really happy!
